One application cleans the spill on land or water

The newest breakthrough in cleaning oil and fuel spills. Safe and effective S200

S200 is a bioremediation accelerator used for the remediation of hydrocarbon spills, or leaks. It is a non-intrusive, cost-effective remedy for the cleanup of these hydrocarbons. These hydrocarbons include but are not limited to gasoline, #2 up to #6 diesel fuel, jet fuels, kerosene, lubricating oils, hydraulic oils and crude oils.

S200 is a thin white liquid and as such can be sprayed with traditional liquid spraying equipment, such as: pressurized sprayers or backpack sprayers. The recommended application rate is approximately 1 to 1 by weight of the S200 as compared to the hydrocarbon being remediated. In order words, use 1 pound of S200 for every 1 pound of hydrocarbon you are remediating.

For applications on water, first, stop the spill and clean up as much free product as possible with skimmers, mechanical equipment, etc. Once that is resolved, apply S200 to the surface of the hydrocarbon/water mixture.

On a square footage application, the amount to use is approximately 1 to 10 pounds of S200 for every square yard of surface area. The amount sprayed is dependent on the amount of hydrocarbon on the surface you are spraying.

Application Procedure

Watch as Applied Remediation uses S200 Oil Gone on the Ft. Berthold Reservation in North Dakota. The spill was estimated at roughly 100 barrels and was leaked into a ditch resulting in oil running directly into a small creek.

Here is a time lapse of S200 Oil Gone going to work on the Ft. Berthold Reservation oil spill in North Dakota. In only a few weeks you can see that bioremediation of this site has taken place. Soil and water samples taken confirmed that there were no hydrocarbons present on the spill site after treatment with S200.

For large scale spills S200 can easily be dropped from the air to speed bioremediation efforts
